We offer consultations for all wedding cake orders and appointments are conveniently made during the evenings and some weekends.  Held in our studio in Dartford, Kent you and up to three others will get to sample an array of cake flavours and discuss all aspects of your wedding cake.   The cost of your wedding cake consultation is £60 and is deducted from your final balance should you choose our services.  We can also post sample boxes for those who are unable to attend our meeting.

We recommend a 2 – 3 week notice period for celebration cakes and at least five months notice when ordering your wedding cake, however, we may be able to accept orders at a shorter notice period depending on our availability.  Please note that if your wedding date falls within the peak wedding season, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible in order to secure your wedding date.

A deposit is required for all orders and full payment must be made ten days before the date of your event. For wedding cake orders a non-refundable payment of £50 must be made to secure the date. This is not included within the deposit; however will be deducted from your final instalment. A deposit totalling 50% of the final price of your order is due within two weeks of confirming your order. The outstanding balance must be paid in full four weeks before your wedding event. 

We are able to accommodate orders made within a short notice period of a week and an express fee may be added to the quoted total. This will be dependant upon the complexity of your overall design and features of your bespoke cake and the final agreed quote must be paid immediately. Please note that baking will not commence until full payment has been made at the agreed time.

As each cake created is a bespoke design, the price for each cake will depend on many factors such as the size, the amount of guests you wish to cater for and design complexity. For wedding cakes, we use a tiering system which is explained further in our consultations and can be found here. As a guide, a 6” cake starts from £65 whilst a three-tiered wedding cake starts from £350.

We offer a nationwide delivery service for all orders and for wedding cakes, we offer two services: delivery and set up only, or a full cake, cutting service.  Small cakes with no more than two tiers are able to be collected from our studio however we do not recommend the collection of wedding cakes due to their fragile nature.
